Welcome!

Our Providers

Welcome to Four Bridges Dermatology & Cosmetics! Whether you are brand-new to our physicians or a long-term patient transferring from another office, 4BDC is honored that you have chosen us to care for you and your family.

As we work toward our opening date in late May 2022, we appreciate your patience as we finalize our scheduling and communication processes. Here are some frequently asked questions (and answers) regarding our practice opening.

How do I schedule an appointment at 4BDC?

We will not start scheduling patients at the new office until early May. We will announce on social media and our website when our phones are live. In the meantime, you can visit our “Contact Us” page to subscribe to our newsletter and request to be contacted once we are scheduling appointments.

I have an appointment with Dr. Cleary/Hennings/Brown in April. What should I do?

We will continue seeing patients at our old practices until May 6 (Brown) and May 13 (Hennings/Cleary). If you have an appointment before those dates, you do not need to change anything.

I have an appointment AFTER May 6/13…what should I do?

You will receive a letter in the next 2-3 weeks with more information. If you are following Dr. Hennings or Dr. Cleary, your appointment may be able to transfer to 4BDC. If you are following Dr. Brown, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Will you take my insurance?

We are working on credentialing with all major insurance companies, including BCBS, United, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Medicare, and Tri-Care. Once we begin scheduling, we can verify your individual coverage.

Will my records transfer to Four Bridges Dermatology & Cosmetics?

You must sign the appropriate records release form at Erlanger or Susong Dermatology to allow us to transfer records electronically. These forms are available now if you stop by our respective offices. Dr. Brown’s form is also available on our website.

Will you be doing Mohs micrographic surgery at 4BDC?

We will not have a Mohs surgeon on-site but will be happy to refer you to a local board-certified, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon when appropriate for your condition.
